As always, these Chards are full bodied, barrel aged, beautiful amber in color, with a hint of butter (ML fermentation) and pineapple!
Buttery tones and textured flavors of tropical fruit, green apple and lemon continue through with a medium-long smoky oak finish. The beautiful color is reminiscent of golden amber.

2005 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon. Full bodied with hints of sweet plum, black cherry, chocolate and vanilla. Secondary barrel fermentation along with racking, stirring and aging for 22 months in oak.

Gold Medal Winner. Best of Reds. This beautiful wine, in honor of our mother's, is radiant with the gemlike colors of garnet and ruby! The aroma and palate sensation of intense ripe cherry, black pepper, and sweet toasty vanilla are divine! Aged in medium toast oak barrels for 22 months.

White Merlot

One of our newest wines bursts out of the bottle with just picked fresh strawberry, raspberry and apricot sensations! Its beautiful color of rose and hint of sweetness adds to the intense nose of this semi-dry multi-layered wine.

2005 Estate Merlot Port. Silver Medal Winner. In addition to the berry flavors of our Merlot grape, it's hint of chocolate, honey and raisin prepare your palate for a nice piece of dark chocolate truffle, or Stilton cheese! Meticulously aged in oak for 23 months.

Riesling

Rich in flavor, this fruity Riesling boasts of apple and apricot. A bit on the dry side with a hint of sweetness and a light crisp finish.

Claret

This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot was aged in oak for 22 months. Incredible rich flavors and aromas of dark cherries, fresh picked blackberries and raspberries with a radiant gemlike color.
